Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receiving the item, but it must be brand new in the original box.
If the product is assembled or used, it cannot be returned. If there has been any shipping damage or defects, those issues can be handled under the free parts replacement warranty which states the manufacturer will ship the parts for free and the customers is responsible to change the part as the warranty does not cover labor.
If there is a major issue, please let us know and depending on the issue, we will pay a local shop to fix the item. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
The warranty length is specific to the item. Most items are covered with shorter warranties (like 30 to 60 days). This is so we can keep the prices lower for our customers.
