Our Coolster 214S dirt bike is the semi-automatic version of the QG-214. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the receival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you return item(s) after the 15-day period, we are not entitled to issue a refund of any kind. We will be refunding the amount for the item(s) only (your shipping costs will not be refunded) unless the fault was on our end.
To return an item, please fill out our return form (available for download below) and place it with the item(s) securely in its original packaging. Please make sure you mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND EXCHANGES
For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service number at (626) 228-0251 to arrange a refund or exchange. We will require a picture verification via email. We will also provide a return label if your item(s) is/are indeed damaged or defective. After everything has been arranged, please follow the steps under the “return process” subheading.
Exchanges can only be made if the fault was on our end (e.g. we sent the wrong part to you, the website description was not correct, etc.) If you ordered an incorrect item and which to exchange for the correct one, you can return the original piece and reorder online.
